Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Filekit.dev (“we”, “us”, or the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Filekit.dev is operated by George Faulkner, UK (sole trader). Contact: filekit.dev@gmail.com

2. Accounts & Authentication

We use email-based One-Time Password (OTP) authentication. We do not store passwords. To use the Service, you must provide a valid email address and verify it using the OTP sent to you.

3. API Keys

If you use the Filekit.dev API or UI components, you may generate API keys. API keys are hashed and not retrievable after creation. If you lose an API key, you must generate a new one.

4. User Content

You are responsible for any content you upload. You must have all necessary rights to store and stream that content.

5. Prohibited & Illegal Use

You may not use the Service for:

• Copyright infringement or media piracy
• Storing or distributing illegal content
• Harassment, abuse, or malicious disruption of others

6. Storage & Bandwidth Limits

Your plan includes storage and bandwidth allowances. If you exceed these limits, uploads and streaming may be temporarily blocked. Upgrading a plan restores access.

7. Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel anytime. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

8. Service Availability

We aim to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may modify or discontinue features where necessary.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
